As a highlights tour this was a good 2 week whirlwind tour of the country. From the hustle and bustle of the northern cities, down to the African south and the beautiful Atlantic coast, this is a good introduction
Thanks for your valued feedback. We take all comments on board and have communicated your concerns to our local operator. We are particularly concerned regarding the mention of shopping stops as this is against our policy and something that we stipulate is avoided at all costs. This is being investigated and the leader will be questioned related to this claim.
Wow what a place to visit even if you are doing the same tourist circiut as every one else. The place felt safe, people where freindly and helpful even when their english was limited.Food on the whole is excellent even if your are a vegetarian.
This was a brilliant trip. The group size was perfect(15) so we didn't feel herded yet it was big enough to get a good mix of people and not to get stuck with someone you didn't get on with. Not that that happened; they were all lovely. It was a great way to see more of Nepal than just trekking could offer. Very well planned and organised.
This was an incredible expedition to a very beautiful, wild place. It was exciting, exhilarating and exhausting but I enjoyed every minute. Paul and Mark, together with the Oneocean Team made sure that we maximised our time in South Georgia and worked tirelessly to make it 'the trip of a lifetime'.
Brilliant way to see aspects of three countries in a part of the world of which I knew almost nothing.A lovely blend of cycling, wildlife trip, and genuine holiday (good company, very comfortable accommodation, good food, plenty to drink).
This is a great way to see the wildlife in southern Africa and get a taste of life in Zimbabwe, Mozambique andto a lesser extent South Africa. It’s not a trip for the faint hearted as it packs a great deal into a relatively short time and the facilities in some of the campsites are very basic! The majority of the activities included in the trip were very good as were the additional activities that were on offer.
Fantastic trip that far surpassed our expectations. Wadi Rum is absolutely stunning, and to camp under the stars each night was phenomenal. I don't think I've ever seen stars so bright. Add in breathtaking scenery, incredible rock formations and then top the trip off with a visit to Petra, and you have one fantastic week. And be prepared to eat a lot of flatbread!
Lots of varied amazing sites taking me back to Sunday School days and the Sea of Galilee, Capernaem, Cana, Jericho etc. Overall I enjoyed this trip a lot. We packed so much in, seeing a lot and learning a lot.
There were many miles to reach South Georgia but once arrived what a place !! The landings were just fantastic with thousands of animals crammed into sometimes small beaches. The weather was incredibly changeable but this just added to the whole atmosphere of a superb wildlife experience.
