Northern Lights - almost

I have no hesitation in deeming this to be an excellent tour. I wanted to see weird and wonderful landscapes. I also wanted to get a glimpse of what it was like for the population to live in such an unusual place. Both curiosities were satisfied.

Beautiful Botswana..

Beautiful Botswana was truly a sight and experience to behold! We all got on well as a group. Weather was superb! The Bush Camps made the holiday for me! Set amongst stunning scenery, the noises, the camp fire (Mellows cooking!) FANTASTIC. Indeed a mention to Sam, Mellow and the "Pole Boys" et al. Fantastic guides and hosts! made the holiday that bit more special / enjoyable. A couple of points to bring up, That, I guess? Knocked my rating from a potential "Excellent" down to a "Good" As I have read in previous reviews. The Vehicle was in NO WAY SUITABLE!! for our sized group (11 of us!) No room for legs! Let alone bags on your squashed knees, for some times seven to eight hours journeys. Don't get me wrong, I love bush camping and roughing it, the rougher the journey the better as far as I am concerned, But for ELEVEN people squashed like sardines in that vehicle was a bit absurd. That also impacted on the Photography issue too, little space etc. The other point was, We where fortunate to have a great guide in Sam!!! But the driver / guide who joined us for the second week, was err NOT so good! I shall leave it at that, other than to say, That some times we felt it impacted on us viewing possibly LESS wildlife than we could have?! Wildlife as we know, Is not a given.. BUT..I left feeling a tad disappointed with what we did / didn't see.

Fabulous Vietnam

A fantastic trip from start to finish. Having done a few Exodus trips before, this didn't disappoint. Everyone was fantastic and I really enjoyed it.

Amazing Zambezi

A great vacation, exactly like I had expected it to be from the travel schedule provided by Exodus. Camping on various islands close to elephants, hippos and crocs under the stars was just the best. No additional luxuries needed!!

Highlights of Turkey

I had an amazing time on this tour exploring the sites of Turkey. Our guide, Zafer, had incredible knowledge of archeology, ancient history and greek mythology. I can't wait to go back and see Eastern Turkey next time.

Great trip

This is a great trip to some of the highlights of Northern India. Frenetic, and maybe just a little too fast paced at times (my only real gripe but I knew what I was signing up for), there are a huge number of fantastic sights to behold. From the astounding Taj Mahal (it lives up to the hype) to the Amber Palace in Jaipur to tiger spotting in Ranthambore National Park, this trip packs a lot of memorable sights in to just over a week.

Walking in Cappadocia

This was an excellent and highly enjoyable holiday amidst a stunning landscape - featuring great walking, an informative and expert guide, lovely group of people, pleasant hotel and tasty food. Cappodocia is a relatively small area offering a wonderful variety of walks without involving too much travelling.

Borneo Family Adventure

This is a great trip if you want to experience Sabah, Borneo. It is well organised and you see a lot, the orangutans are amazing. It is a good mixture of wildlife and culture and my son thoroughly enjoyed the trip at age 8. The people in Borneo are really friendly and it feels a safe place.
